Adani Township & Real Estate Company Pvt. Ltd., the real estate arm of the Adani Group, manages high-end infrastructure development including smart township projects like Shantigram in Ahmedabad. With a diverse workforce, including new recruits, subcontractors, and technical vendors, the company needed a centralized and engaging safety induction tool to improve orientation and hazard awareness across site operations.

Adani collaborated with CORE-EHS to produce a concise and high-impact safety induction movie, tailored to township-level construction and facility maintenance activities.

2. The Challenges

• Induction processes relied heavily on in-person sessions and static documents, which varied in quality and delivery across batches.
• Internal audits showed that up to 30% of new site entrants failed to correctly recall critical safety instructions within their first two weeks.
• With growing site activity, there was a need for a repeatable, time-efficient, and multilingual visual tool to deliver consistent safety messaging.
• The original project scope involved a 48-minute film but had to be revised to 10 minutes due to updated strategic priorities.

3. The Solution

CORE-EHS delivered a 10-minute high-definition safety induction video .

Key Deliverables:

• Filmed and animated content based on live site photography and videography at the Shantigram township.
• Covered site-specific safety protocols, including personal protective equipment (PPE), evacuation procedures, traffic safety within township zones, and emergency contact escalation.
• Bilingual scripting (Hindi and English) to ensure clarity across all workforce levels.

The project was executed and completed within a 60-day delivery timeline, using a phased payment structure (50% at scripting, 50% upon delivery).
