With multiple contractors and diverse labor teams operating simultaneously across sectors 102–102A, a unified safety induction process was essential.

To enhance safety communication and meet compliance across multilingual, multi-tiered site staff, Adani M2K partnered with CORE-EHS to develop a concise and visually compelling Safety Induction Movie tailored to its township construction ecosystem.

2. The Challenges

• Frequent labor movement created gaps in uniform safety briefings, with over 30% of new workers requiring follow-up inductions.
• Printed SOPs and verbal briefings failed to capture the attention of an audience with varying literacy levels.
• The induction process lacked visual engagement and scalability, putting pressure on safety trainers and project managers.
• There was a requirement for a high-impact video under 10 minutes, suitable for daily screenings and third-party contractor briefings.

3. The Solution

CORE-EHS delivered a Safety Induction Movie.

• Custom shoot and scripting based on the actual site environment and work activities at Sector 102–102A in Gurgaon.
• Animation and video content focused on:
