1. The Premise

DC Development Noida Pvt. Ltd., a strategic vertical under Adani Group’s real estate and infrastructure arm, is spearheading the development of a cutting-edge data center campus in Sector 62, Noida. With construction underway and multiple vendors engaged on-site, the management team identified the need for a visually engaging, uniform, and highly contextual safety training solution.

To address this, they collaborated with CORE EHS to design and develop a suite of 3D animated training videos, customized to their site-specific environment, risks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. The Challenges

• With a constant inflow of contractors and site visitors, the existing onboarding process was heavily reliant on verbal instructions, leading to inconsistencies and low retention.
• Internal observations indicated that nearly 35% of inductees were unaware of critical emergency procedures after attending standard orientation.
• The project required animated modules that reflected actual hazards and layouts of the Noida Sector 62 construction zone.
• Given the high-tech nature of the site, the client requested a modern, branded, and compliance-ready training medium.

3. The Solution

CORE EHS developed a customized series of 3D animation videos for training.

Deliverables Included:

• Multiple 3D animation videos depicting:
  • Safe site access protocols
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage
  • Electrical safety in a data center infrastructure
  • Emergency evacuation and fire response within confined construction areas
• All animations featured site-specific equipment, floor plans, and work practices, based on visual references and SOPs provided by the client.
• Delivered in high-resolution .mp4 format for use in onboarding kiosks and internal LMS.
• Voiceover in neutral English with scope for multilingual additions in future phases.

The content was delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) directly to the site’s management at Adani Enterprises, Sector 62, Noida.

4. Resulting Benefits

The safety animation series led to measurable operational improvements:
