1. The Premise

Adani Enterprises Ltd., a flagship company of the Adani Group, operates complex infrastructure projects spanning mining, logistics, agribusiness, and renewable energy. Given the operational scale and workforce diversity across these business verticals, the organization faced an urgent need to standardize safety training across all its work sites.

To meet this need, Adani Enterprises collaborated with CORE-EHS for a major engagement—producing 150 customized 3D safety animation videos for internal training and safety awareness across their pan-India operations.

2. The Challenges

Managing safety training across such a diverse and geographically scattered workforce presented key issues:

• Each site had its own unique hazards, SOPs, and induction requirements.

• Delivered in HD-ready format (.mp4), suitable for deployment across digital displays, induction kiosks, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• All videos included voiceover, subtitles, and brand-aligned visuals for maximum clarity and consistency.
• Project rollout managed through a staggered delivery schedule with quality assurance checkpoints every 25 videos.
