1. The Premise

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd. (LTHE), a strategic business arm of Larsen & Toubro, runs complex fabrication yards and modular construction projects critical to India’s oil and gas infrastructure. At its Hazira MFF (Modular Fabrication Facility), the team required an engaging audio-visual training solution to standardize safety awareness around common fabrication yard hazards.

To bring this to life, LTHE partnered with CORE-EHS, leveraging our expertise in realistic 3D safety animation to create a fully customized English-language safety training movie.

2. The Challenges

• LTHE needed a solution that would eliminate verbal inconsistencies across induction teams and shifts.
• With an influx of workers and contractors, over 30% of new entrants struggled to grasp key hazards during manual onboarding.

• Developed using actual site reference materials and safety documentation provided by LTHE.
• Professional voiceover in English, suited for a multilingual audience accustomed to visual cues over heavy documentation.
• Video output in .mp4 format, ready for deployment in digital kiosks and training halls.

Delivered within a 30-day cycle, the final product met both the technical depth required by LTHE and the practical usability demanded by their ground teams.
