Adani Enterprises Ltd., a global infrastructure and logistics conglomerate, oversees extensive mining and resource management operations at various locations, including its high-priority Parsa Kente open-cast coal site in Chhattisgarh. As part of its commitment to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) excellence, Adani sought to transform its safety training for on-site personnel through engaging 3D animated safety films.

Adani collaborated with CORE-EHS to develop a suite of 9-minute animation movies tailored to real-world site conditions, with a focus on increasing training effectiveness while maintaining compliance with corporate and legal EHS protocols.

Working in a high-risk environment like open-cast mining posed significant training challenges for Adani’s EHS team:

CORE-EHS created a 9-minute 3D animation movie, tailored specifically for Adani’s mining operations .

Project Scope:

• Custom-built animation using site-specific data (photos, layout, machinery) to accurately depict buildings, machinery, safety gear, and terrain from the Parsa Kente site.
• Integration of indigenous safety mascots and animated characters in realistic scenarios.
• Embedded narration with professionally curated voiceovers, designed for diverse language accessibility.
• Delivered in high-resolution .mp4 format for display across induction halls, control rooms, and kiosks.
• Ensured all visual elements complied with global copyright standards while respecting Adani’s IP ownership for custom-built content.

The entire deliverable was completed and dispatched within 30 days, meeting Adani’s tight compliance-driven rollout schedule.
