1. The Premise

Adani Enterprises Ltd., a multinational infrastructure and energy conglomerate, operates in high-risk sectors such as mining, logistics, and industrial utilities. With growing operations across multiple sites, Adani sought to build a centralized suite of 3D safety animation films to streamline EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) communication across departments and geographies.

In pursuit of a vendor capable of producing high-fidelity, scenario-specific animations at scale, Adani selected CORE-EHS to develop 150+ minutes of safety animation content, customized to reflect the real-life working conditions and procedures at Adani facilities.

• High-end 3D character modeling and realistic site simulations based on reference material provided by Adani’s EHS team.

• Scripting and voiceovers in neutral English, with future adaptability to regional languages.

Payment was structured milestone-wise, with 50% billed post-scripting and 50% post-final delivery for each module, ensuring agile yet accountable progress.
