Chowgule and Company Pvt. Ltd., a well-established name in shipbuilding and industrial infrastructure, sought to enhance its safety communication for employees and visitors at the Lavgan Yard in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Having discovered CORE-EHS through industry references and our strong portfolio in safety animation, Chowgule partnered with us to create a 15-minute animated induction video that could streamline orientation and ensure compliance with yard safety standards.

2. The Challenges

• Multilingual Workforce: With employees and visitors speaking different languages, delivering a consistent safety message was proving difficult.
• High-risk Environment: Shipyard operations involve complex machinery and hazardous zones—communicating safety protocols effectively was vital.
