A global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, operating multiple high-compliance production facilities across India, reached out to CORE-EHS in early 2021. The client discovered our services through industry referrals and online content related to safety animation solutions. Our demonstrated expertise in crafting customized safety communication—particularly through 3D animation—prompted their interest in developing a high-impact training module for their workforce.

2. The Challenges

The client faced a common but critical issue: low engagement and retention in safety training programs. Traditional methods—PowerPoint presentations, printed SOPs, and classroom-style sessions—were falling short, especially in high-risk zones like their API manufacturing plant in Maharashtra.
